This scholarship is intended for students wishing to pursue a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree at Paris’s Science Po University, which has 14,000 students, half of whom are from abroad. Being one of the best public universities in the nation, students can enroll in any course that the university offers.

Up to US$21,044 will be awarded annually through the Emile Boutmy Scholarship to cover living expenses and tuition. Students must be admitted to an undergraduate or master’s program, be first-time applicants from a non-EU state, and have a household that does not file taxes within the EU in order to be eligible for the scholarship.

The Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship in Switzerland

Students from more than 180 nations who wish to pursue a master’s or doctoral degree in Switzerland are eligible to apply for this fully funded scholarship. All Swiss cantonal universities, applied science universities, the two federal institutes of technology, and the four research institutes are eligible to apply for research scholarships.

Germany’s Heinrich Böll Foundation Scholarship

Approximately 1,500 undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students of all subjects and nationalities who are enrolled in universities, universities of applied sciences, or universities of the arts each year are awarded scholarships by the Heinrich Böll Foundation.

In addition to various individual allowances, non-EU master’s students will receive up to US$1,228 per month. Certain scholarships can be extended to cover an extra semester and even cover tuition and health insurance. PhD students can choose to extend their scholarship for up to 12 months, but tuition fees are not covered. They will receive up to US$1,577 per month.

The catch is that you will need to have written proof of German language proficiency

 Friedrich Ebert Foundation Scholarship in Germany

The DAAD scholarship for international students wishing to pursue bachelor’s, master’s, or diploma programs provides funding for this scholarship. If a student wants to study in Germany and has outstanding academic or school merit, they can apply in any subject.

In order to alleviate financial stress during their studies and free up more time for volunteer work, sponsored students receive both material and non-material support.

The base monthly salary for international students is $1,035 USD. Scholars with children also receive a monthly allowance of US$177, and health insurance costs are covered. Since up to 40 scholarships are given out annually, competition is fierce.
